Mr. Thomas has over 30 years of experience in business development, management, marketing, and international sales. His career includes eight years of duty with the U.S. Air Force and twenty years in management-level positions within the aerospace, commercial nuclear and power generation industries.
He has worked for large privately-held corporations and at Fortune 500 companies, inclusive of positions at Parker-Hannifin Aerospace, The Shaw Group, Control Components, Inc., Crane Nuclear, and Unifirst Corporation.
Currently involved with development of waste-to-energy and waste-to-fuels projects. He is the founder and president of Captive Energies, LLC, a project development company that collaborates with equipment manufacturers, engineering firms, alternative fuel marketers, waste-remediation companies, property owners, financial consultants, and entities that can facilitate the development of viable and sustainable projects.
Completed a two-year study course designed expressly for business professionals and he attended college in San Bernardino, California while on active duty.
