| Project 1 |
| Equity and / or Project Financing |
| Project: UK I |
| Amount: | £ 15,000,000 |
| Equity Participation and / or Project Financing |
50 ton a day Startech Plasma Converter system to be installed in the UK to handle medical, toxic and hazardous waste. The project's objective
is to construct and utilize a modern plasma system treatment center.
Waste contracts would be with government bodies for the irreversible destruction of their feed stocks.

| Project 2 |
| Sponsorship Swiss I |
| Amount: | Swiss Francs 10,000,000 |
| Multiple Sponsorships accepted. |
5 ton a day Startech Plasma Converter System to be installed in Switzerland at a Swiss Municipal Waste facility. The Program will entail a Major
University in Switzerland opening a PLASMA RESEARCH CENTER. Programs will entail taking different types of Waste feedstock as a primarily source
of energy for the production of electricity and syn diesel. Studies will entail tyres, plastics, hazardous, solvents, toxic, MSW, medical waste
and others. The tests, data collection and interpretation will be performed by the R&D teams of the Institute / University. If the Sponsors
would like other feed stock studies to be examined, this can be made available. A detailed work program will be established according to the
specific needs of the Sponsors on a request basis. Partial EU Funding is a possibility.

| Project 3 |
| Equity and / or Project Financing |
| Project: Poland I |
| Amount: | U.S. $ 12,000,000 |
| Equity Participation and / or Project Financing |
10 ton a day Startech Plasma Converter system to be installed in Poland to handle toxic and hazardous waste. The project's objective is to
construct and utilize a modern plasma system for particularly hazardous and toxic waste treatment.
Currently, possibilities of the mentioned waste treatment in Poland are undoubtedly insufficient. The offered systems meet the existing needs in
poor degree. Plasma technology is one of the best accessible technologies in the world (so called BAT). In the environment of high-temperature
plasma the process of destruction along with reduction of hazardous substances to non-hazardous materials is achieved. That means that all
exceptionally hazardous, organic and inorganic substances (i.e. asbestos, pesticides, PCB, after-flotation wastes, substances including heavy
metals and others) can be effectively treated. The capacity of the system (up to 3000 tons/year) is adequate for the needs of the selected
regional market chosen. In the larger scale of the whole country, it is possible for several sites of similar nature to operate.
When the project is completed, the EU should support the project costs up to 60% (the grant). The project has been pre-evaluated and has
obtained 77 points when 70 is needed to make the project supported.

Private Enterprise: Requires funding for a 100 ton a day tyres and plastics to syn diesel facility using Startech PCS as the Transformation
Process to syn gas and a Modified Fischer Tropsch Process to syn-diesel. Production of up to 60,000 liters a day of syn diesel. Site and syn
diesel storage facility has been established. Grants and / or subsidies are possibilities.

| Sponsorships, Equity and / or Project Financing |
| Project: Greece |
| Amount: | Euros 35,000,000 |
| Sponsorships, Equity Participation and / or Project Financing |
Ten Municipalities in Greece require funding for a 100 ton a day Startech Plasma Converter system to process a mixed feedstock for the
destruction of hazardous, toxic, industrial, medical and other wastes using the Startech Plasma Converter process to syn gas and then to the
generation to electricity. EU Grants and / or subsidies are possibilities. This is part I of an extended project to achieve a capacity of 300
tons a day.

| Project 7 |
| Sponsorships, Equity and / or Project Financing |
| Project Nigeria I |
| Amount: | U.S.$ 55,000,000 |
|
A Municipality in Nigeria requires funding for a 100 ton a day Startech Plasma Waste Converter system to process a mixed feedstock for the
destruction of hazardous, toxic, industrial, medical and other wastes using the Startech Plasma Converter Process to syn gas and then to the
generation of electricity. One of several throughout the country. Subsidies are possible
