PERAS ENVIRONMENTAL ENERGY UK, LTD.

Peras Environmental Energy Ltd. (PEEL) has been established in the U.K. to promote the production of energy from the recycling of what has previously been considered difficult to handle waste.

Its unique zero emission process can convert waste to valuable products using the Startech Environmental Plasma Converter System (PCS)- www.startech.net. This technology is the outcome of a long, comprehensive and demanding programme of research for the US military. It utilises plasma gasification to convert waste feedstocks to useable energy forms. The Startech PCS can be allied with other systems to produce revenue generating outputs which can range from ultra clean Diesel (syndiesel) to "Green" electricity.

With the Plasma Converted Gas (PCG) produced through the Startech PCS System a wide range of feedstock materials from woodchips to mixed plastic, from agricultural slurry to oil waste, from hazardous and toxic materials to old tyres can be converted either into synthetic diesel, ethanol, hydrogen or electricity. Alternatively, it can be used by the chemicals industry as pure syngas.

Plants are already in operation in the USA and Japan and others are planned for Australia, China and Europe. Initial plants have concentrated on hazardous materials - for example asbestos and PCB's. The initial plan in Europe is to use the PCS for hard to dispose of products such as tyres, mixed plastics, toxic materials and medical waste.

PEEL can offer equipment on a sale, lease or operator basis. It is actively looking for strategic partners and investors to establish 50 or 100 tonne a day units throughout the U.K.
